Installation Tools

RT-1

Model RT-1 is a compact, sturdy, steel, gun-shaped tool that tightens and cuts cable ties flush in one operation. Tension control allows adjustment for a range of lightweight through heavy tension settings. After inserting the cable tie into the tool and bringing it to the pre-set tension, the tool automatically cuts the tie flush with its head. The tool grip guards against pinching for safe, comfortable handling. The easy squeeze trigger action significantly reduces user fatigue, especially in high volume applications. RT-1 Series Tools install standard and smaller cross-section ties. Installation tools are available in standard packaging only.

RT-4

Model RT-4 is a rugged, manual dual-action tool. It works with very-heavy-duty and smaller cross-section ties. The installer manually tensions the cable ties with the RT-4 without a pre-set control. It has a separate arm to manually cut the tie when the desired tension is reached. The RT-4 is only available in standard package quantities.

Identification Plates

ID-150 | ID-250

ID-150 and ID-250 Series Identification Plates can be used to prominently identify wire and cable bundles, or runs of tubing or pipe. A matte finish on both sides of the plate absorbs ink or hot stamping for permanent, smudge-proof labeling. Round hole in each corner of the plate provides mounting versatility and ease of use. By running a cable tie through two corner holes, plates can be mounting in line with or around the bundle. They can be attached with one tie, or two ties, which will hold the plate more securely to the bundle. The plates can also be used as a tag, by running a cable tie thorough only one-corner hole, for greater identification prominence by projecting from the bundle. The hole accommodates a full range of miniature, compact, intermediate, and standard cross-section ties. They can also be used with beaded ties, especially useful for emergency, or temporary, flagging. All plates are injection molded. Durable Type 66 natural color nylon plates meet UL94V-2 flammability classes. ID plates are available in two sizes- 3/4" by 1-1/2" and 3/4" by 2-1/2".

Materials and Colors
Basic Type 66 natural (off-white) nylon is standard and stocked for ID plates. Other materials and colors are available on special order.

Marking Pens

NMP Series

NMP Series pens write on ID ties or plates with fast-drying, nylon penetrating ink. The fine print writes sharply and clearly. Opaque red or black ink is water-resistant, permanent, and smudge proof. The color-coded cap conveniently snaps on top of the pen while writing. These pens are excellent for use with All-States ID ties or plates, but will write on virtually any surface. NMP Series pens are only available in standard package quantities.

Connector Ring

CRX-20

Model CRX-20 connects cables or bundles, parallel or perpendicular to each other using two cable ties. Connector rings are also extremely useful for adding a new run to existing bundles. Each connector ring has three entryways for connector ties, with the middle entry perpendicular to the two out entries. Connector rings are designed primarily for joining bundles with affixed 3/4" separation. The rings accept all style of All-States cable ties, from miniature to heavy-duty cross-sections.

Material and Colors:
Basic Type 66 Natural (off-white) nylon is standard and stocked for connector rings. Other materials and colors are available on special order.

Cable Spacer

CS-10

Model CS-10 Spacers separate and connect bundles or cables, using one or more cable ties and are recommended for use with parallel bundle configurations. They can also be used to separate a bundle form a pipe, conduit or the remember. They are used by running a tie through one side of the spacer around one bundle, through the other side of the spacer, and around the other bundle or structure. The cable tie is then tensioned, to secure and separate tow bundles with one operation. Each spacer gives 1/2" bundle separation, and can be stacked easily to give greater separation in 1/2" increments. Cable spacers can be used with all cross-sections of ties, from miniature to heavy-duty.

Materials and Colors:
Cable Spacers are standard and stocked in basic Type 66 pigmented black nylon. Other materials and colors are available on special order.
